  • Roof balcony with spectacular sea views. 
  • All linen including bedding is provided except beach towels.
  • Full gas central heating.
  • Sound insulation between units to meet the stringent requirements of the latest regulations.
  • Double glazed.
  • Generous power shower.
  • Fully equipped new kitchen including combination microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
  • Freesat TV with DVD player and DVDs.
  • No smoking.
  • No pets.
Please note:
  1. The studio apartment does not have a dedicated on site parking space, but free or paid parking is located within 100-200m.
  2. The studio apartment is not available for Saturday nights between the 15th July and the 1st September i.e. it is a maximum 6 night let for this period.
